Elliott Cavalry Arrive in the Nick of Time

On Saturday 26th February 2011at 09.00 we received a call from a client via our out of hours emergency website.   They were requesting the urgent delivery of temporary accommodation. Unfortunately they had been let down by a different supplier. Within 4 hours we had delivered a 20' portable office unit into Horse Guards Parade, London. Because of our large branch network we were able to instantly locate both transport and a ready to go unit and in this case the building, an energy saving ECO unit, was sourced from our branch in Leicester.

Modules arrive in Denbighshire

The new two-storey outpatients and office accommodation development is starting to take shape with the arrival of the modular units on site at Glan Clwyd Hospital. They are being craned into position on the foundation pads set in place during the early phases of the scheme. Once all these modular units are in place the extensive fit-out can begin.

BREEAM Assessor Role for Outpatients and Office Accommodation at Glan Clwyd Hospital

Elliott Off-Site has been selected as the BREEAM assessor on the new two-storey outpatients and office accommodation development at Glan Clwyd Hospital in Denbighshire. This follows on from being commissioned to design and build the scheme on behalf of the local health board. BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is the leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings. It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the de facto measure used to describe a building's environmental performance. The objective is for the building to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating upon completion.
